Op-ed advocates gradual opening by India towards the CTBTO

An op-ed in the Hindustan Times blog ‘Foreign Hand’ takes a foward looking view regarding India’s stance on the CTBT. The author, Pramit Pal Saudhuri, Foreign Editor with the Hindustan Times, acknowledges the verification regime’s effectiveness and usefulness for disaster warning and argues for a gradual opening by India towards the CTBTO.
