On the case with nuclear detective George Tuckwell (The Telegraph)

Interview with UK geophysicist George Tuckwell about his experiences as OSI surrogate inspector, IFE14 and geophysics in general.

“I’m one of the United Nations’ geological detectives – a team of global inspectors trained to enforce the UN’s Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty when this is finally ratified. Our job will be to go to an area where a country is suspected of having carried out an underground nuclear test and look for evidence.”
