Official reactions to DPRK’s announced nuclear test

Official statements by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO):

In a special meeting for CTBTO Member States at 15:00, countries denounced the DPRK announced nuclear test and commended the CTBTO for its swift detection and reaction. Eighteen delegations spoke, of which 15 were represented at ambassadorial level.
